Dr. Khoury is the Co-Founder & President of NextGen United Champions Sports Foundation (NextGen UCSF) where he leads initiatives that remove financial, social, and accessibility barriers so every child can experience the camaraderie, life lessons, and personal growth that athletics provide.
At NextGen United Champions Sports Foundation, our mission is to empower the next generation of athletes by fostering an inclusive community united across all dimensions of diversity. We believe every individual possesses an 'X factor'—a unique quality that sets them apart and fuels extraordinary success. Our programs are designed to nurture these distinct talents, creating champions both on and off the field.
We are dedicated to breaking down barriers by providing opportunities for all youth, including those who may not have the means or opportunities to participate in flag football, ensuring every young person can experience the camaraderie, skills, and life lessons inherent in the sport. Through teamwork, resilience, and respect, we strive to inspire young athletes to develop their potential, embrace diversity, and lead with integrity in sports and beyond.
